Current Market Value of All Taxable Property in Wisconsin Ends 5-year Slide

Statewide Property Values End Five-Year Decline, But Trends Vary by County.  (Wisconsin Taxpayers Alliance news release, 8/28/2014)

Overall value is still 7% below that of 2008.


No other counties registered gain from 2008 to 2013.

Statewide, the percentage is -9.1.
